One Benefit of Membership is that members receive Special invitations to Aqualane Shores parties. Holiday and Spring parties are created for members along with two beach parties offering opportunities to socialize with old friends and neighbors, as well as meet new ones.
- Aqualane Shores Holiday Party: is always on a Sunday evening in December. A wonderful time is always had by all (usually at the Naples Yacht Club).
- Spring Fling: March/April, time and date tba. This Spring Social is a celebration of the season that gives everyone a chance to socialize with your neighbors before they begin to travel elsewhere.
- Farewell Beach Party: May, time and date tba. Before the seasonal residents leave, this is a chance to catch a great sunset with friends and neighbors while wishing them a happy summer.
- Welcome Back Cocktails on the Beach: October. For year around residents and those who return early to Naples for the season. Catch-up on the sugar sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

What is Deeded Beach Access? Deeded Beach Access means that a deed (agreement) specifically grants the public beach access via a right of way or a dedicated walkway between 2-shoreline properties. Deeded Beach Access is a nice amenity for those who own properties across the street from a developed shoreline allowing them beach access without passing through private property.
What is a Low Density Building or Neighborhood? The term (Low Density) when used by Southwest Florida Realtors is meant to describe an area with lots of elbow space. Buildings with plenty of courtyard space and parking would be considered a low density building. A single family home on a large lot with plenty of space between surrounding neighbors would be considered a low density neighborhood and a condominium with fewer stories and spaced further apart would be considered a low density condominium complex. | |
