Driving to Tiburon from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) takes approximately 30-minutes and driving to Fort Lauderdale takes approximately 95-minutes using "Alligator Alley". Tiburon is a gated to the north and non-gated to the south. Comprised of nine sub-communities, Tiburon has multiple floor plans and architectural styles. There are multiple sub-communities with their own pool and cabana. Each single family home has a private pool and all residents have access to membership at the Tiburon Country Club. Tiburon has amenities such as Golf, Tennis, Pool, Fitness Center, Dining, Walking Paths and a Clubhouse.
