Please see below for further information and links to Naples Park and its sub-communities. | | | Naples Park Association Information and History: The Naples Park Area Association (NPAA) was founded in May 1957 to advance the best interests of the Naples Park Area and its residents. The Collier County Circuit Court approved the NPAA Chapter on June 3, 1957. NPAA held its first meeting in the Baptist Church located at the corner of 109th Avenue and 8th Street. Soon after, Naples Park was one of the first communities to receive street paving. In November 1958, NPAA made a down payment of $600 towards the purchase of three building lots on 103rd Avenue and three adjoining lots on 104th Avenue for the purpose of constructing a community clubhouse. Members financed the project through activities such as pot luck suppers, fish fries, auctions and donations. Labor was done almost entirely by the membership. Ground breaking commenced on March 1, 1959. The Clubhouse was completed and in use by May 1961. The property, Clubhouse and furnishings were fully paid for by March 1964. That community clubhouse is still in use today. In 1967, at the request of NPAA membership, City of Naples water was piped to Naples Park. Sewers were installed between 1976 and 1978. Now Naples Park enjoys a close proximity to a prime beach in Vanderbilt Beach and luxury shopping and restaurants offered at the Mercato Shopping Center. | | | Broker Notes- Naples Park is a Deed Restricted neighborhood (bylaws prohibiting homeowners from non-conforming updates on their property to the detriment of the neighborhood or community).

When one owns a home in a neighborhood or community that is in a "deed restricted area"; this means that there are bylaws governing the neighborhood or community which prohibit the homeowners from doing certain things to the detriment of the neighborhood or community. For example, some neighborhoods or communities require you to contact them prior to changing the exterior color of your home or restrict overnight parking on the street. Each community is different and each Home Owners Association (HOA) has different rules. The premise is to maintain the aesthetic appearance and value of your home and the other homes in the HOA. There is usually a fee required that is payable to the HOA for the maintenance of the common grounds, including amenities if applicable. | | | Naples Park Club House
