Built in the early 2010s, Quail West is located approximately 6-miles northeast of the shopping and restaurants at the 5th Avenue shops in Olde Naples and a similar distance east of Delnor-Wiggins Preserve and Beach. Quail West is a private luxury Golf & CC community comprised of 1,180 acres and 688 home sites. 512 homes reside in Collier County while 176 reside in Lee County. Quail West home sites are over-sized compared to other Naples communities starting at nearly a half acre and in some cases going well over one acre in size. Only single family homes and villas exist here with most homes displaying a heavy Mediterranean influence.
