   BRYNWOOD PRESERVE Information | Summary 
Built in the mid 2000's (year), Brynwood Preserve is a low density gated community with 85 homes, 2 streets and 2 lakes.  Brynwood Preserve is located approximately 5-miles northeast of the shopping and restaurants of the 5th Avenue Shops in Olde Naples and approximately 2-miles east of the Waldorf Astoria and the Waterside Shops.  Brynwood Preserve is a gated community comprised of single family homes with attached garages tile roofs, pavered driveways and lake views. |  |   | Pet Policy- Owners are allowed to keep domesticated pets including birds, fish, cats and dogs.
 - Cats and dogs must be leashed or carried under the owner's arm at all times while on the common areas.
 - Each pet owner shall be responsible for the immediate removal and disposal of their pet's excrement.
 - No reptiles, amphibians, poultry or livestock may be kept in the Condominium.

Unlike an Apartment, Condo or Townhome, a Single Family Home does not share a common wall with another home and are most commonly free-standing residential buildings.
