Summary
Built in the mid 2000s to present, Hemingway Place is located approximately 1-mile north of the shopping and restaurants at the Coastland Shopping Center and approximately 1-1/2 miles east the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Hemingway Place is a gated community comprised of single family homes with pavered driveways, private pools and underground utilities in a deeded neighborhood (definition below).

Pet Policy
  • Owners are allowed to keep up to 3 domesticated pets including birds, fish, cats and dogs.
  • Four legged pets must be leashed or carried under the owner's arm at all times while on the common areas.
  • Each pet owner shall be responsible for the immediate removal and disposal of their pet's excrement.
  • Pets shall not be left unattended on screened porches, lanais, yards or garages.

Leasing / Rental Restrictions
  • A unit owner may lease their unit up to 3 times during any 1 calendar year or any 12 month period.

Beach Access
  • Park Shore Beach is just 2-miles away and has various deeded beach entries along Gulf Shore Boulevard. There is a walking path between the condominiums of Seagate and North Gulf Shore Boulevard that provides access to the beach. There are 38 parking spaces at $6.00 a car or a Beach Parking Permit is required. There is also beach access and car parking at Horizon Way, Vedado Way and Via Miramar.
Deed Restricted Community (Defined)
When you own a home in a neighborhood or community that is a "deed restricted area"; this means that there are bylaws governing the neighborhood or community which prohibit the homeowners from doing certain things to the detriment of the neighborhood or community. For example, some neighborhoods or communities require you to contact them prior to changing the exterior color of your home or restrict overnight parking on the street. Each community is different and each Home Owners Association (HOA) has different rules. The premise is to maintain the aesthetic appearance and value of your home and the other homes in the HOA. There is usually a fee required that is payable to the HOA for the maintenance of the common grounds, including amenities if applicable.
